Grow Wild Communications Manager
This role will deliver Kew’s mission by leading Grow Wild communications that engage and retain target audiences across the UK to take nearly one million positive actions each year.
Leading a team for specialists and advocates, this post will creatively deliver sector-leading digital campaigns, seed/fungus kit products and event campaigns. They will integrate channels so that audiences progress through levels of engagement online and on-the-ground.
You will have notable achievements in creating and delivering inspiring digital and event campaigns and products which connect target audiences/consumers to the environment, community or similar. You will have proven experience with leading communication teams and building productive relationships with creative ‘talents’ and volunteers.
Educated to degree level, we’re looking for an excellent strategic thinker who can devise and deliver communication activities, with highly-developed influencing skills and experience achieving objectives through social media, website management and relationship/supporter management databases.
All Grow Wild team roles may be subject to enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service checks (DBS), including the barred lists.
This role will be based at Kew Gardens with some UK travel.
