Toynbee Hall is looking for a creative and inspirational Service Design Lead to help us with our mission to tackle poverty through the design of better projects and services that support people to improve their health, wellbeing and financial situation. We believe people deserve accessible user-centred products and services designed with the people who will use them so that they are empowered to take control of their choices and lives.
As our Design Lead you will work closely with people accross Toynbee Hall's portfolio of projects and services to ensure everything we do is of the highest quality and works for the people we work with. Whether that be when they are in a crisi or seeking to better their personal situation. We currently run youth programmes, advice services, community learning programmes, health and wellbeing projects and financial health programmes all of which seek to support people to leave poverty behind. 
Our ambition to tackle poverty is real and we are looking for a Service Design Lead to inspire us, lead our creative thinking and help us deliver solutions that are co produced with our community which improve lives through changing service delivery, design and policy as well as influencing national policy, legislation and thinking. As our service design lead you will hold senior relationships with our stakeholders but at the same time roll up your sleeves to deliver work with our community and speak publicly about our work. 
The world as we knew it is gone and we are faced with the challenge to deliver more for less but better which means that now is the time for radical change, new delivery models and ways of desgning services which are fit for the future and not held back by the past.
