Team Assistant
Team Assistant – Graduate-level role – based in WC1 close to Covent Garden, £23 – 25,000 plus good benefits
Established boutique exec search firm are looking for a bright, driven, articulate Team Assistant to join their busy, growing team of 15.  You will be supporting across the business with coordinating, scheduling meetings, research and general administrative duties.
This is a pivotal role for the team and a great chance to build upon some existing office experience (6+ months) – plus with time the right candidate will have the chance to take on a lot more and grow with the business.  Must have a confident telephone manner and be happy liaising at a senior level with their candidates and clients.  The consultants are a young, dynamic team who will really appreciate the support and keep this person very busy with a varied workload.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise daily are a must, as well as the ability to use your own initiative.  Would suit Graduate with 6+ months’ experience or similar.
£23 – 25,000 plus benefits including discretionary bonus.  Offices in WC1 close to Covent Garden / Holborn.
