Harris Hill are actively seeking a Head of Income Generation to take responsibility for leading the fundraising function at the UK's largest volunteering charity.

Based in East London this organisation's mission is to enable people to take an active part in the development of their communities and provide assistance and support to young people, vulnerable families and the elderly.

The Head of Income Generation is responsible for achieving annual income targets and the identification and generation of new business in line with the organisation's annual budgets and growth plans.

Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement the Income Generation strategy
- Maintain and build relationships with existing funders, major donors, trusts, Lottery and other sources
- Develop income streams from new sources
- Recruit, support and motivate Income Generation team
- Personally lead new business drive, developing own relationships
- Develop multi year strategy, inline with organisational three year plan and indicative budgets

Experience and skills
- Previous experience and a proven track record of leading a fundraising team with multiple income streams in the charity sector
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to further develop the capabilities of the fundraising team
- A strategic outlook with the ability to implement and deliver a fundraising strategy
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholder's

Price / Salary: £48k - 58k per year
