Established Educational firm based in zone 1 specialising in building intelligent technology to train teachers/educators in making one-to-one learning more accessible and effective online, are seeking to recruit a UX Designer.
Partnered with leading researchers from top universities across the UK, the areas of education that this organisation supply include science, language and artificial intelligence.

Your new role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced UX Designer to enhance the organisation's existing product to manage the complete lifecycle where the product would integrate with certain frameworks, processes, machine learning technologies and support co-located teams where need be.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have the ability to build an experience that creates strong network effects at low cost through technology.
Must have a minimum of 4 years UX Design experience being able to lead yourself on the role with successful, commercial web products/services with a sizable (10000+) professional use base.
You will have a deep and wide knowledge of standard UX design tools and processes and familiarity with building UX for intensive professional use under time and productivity constraints.
Ability to produce a holistic long term vision and break these down into iterative steps which can be implemented in an agile development process.
Familiarity with building UX for intensive professional use under time and budget restraints and use specific tools / processes such as UXPin / Sketch / Axure.

Desirable:

Experience in building products for call centers, help desks, insurance, banking / trading etc.
Improving retention and effectiveness of a previously rapidly churning user base.
Experience or strong interest in education (online or physical)
