About the Middleweight Digital Creative Team role
As the creative team you will be responsible for generating attention grabbing ideas that will entice the target audience of your clients. You will both be established as an art director and a copywriter you will be stuck like glue throughout the development of conceptual campaigns, you will also work with other members of the team such as web developers and editors and you will report into the Creative Director. You will be responsible for creating ideas that can be used across various digital platforms; you will develop a strong understanding of client requirements and execute tasks on time and to budget.
About You
You will exude design and creative capabilities; you will be strategic and high level conceptual thinkers with the confidence to share and present your ideas internally and externally. You will be comfortable working in a fast paced environment and have the ability to deliver campaigns that generate results for your clients.
Essential Skills
Come from reputable digital agencies
3+ years agency experience
Ability to pitch your ideas confidently
Great attention to detail
Be comfortable working in a team
