The role
This role is to provide business analysis support to Senior Business Analysts and NHS Digital Managers through undertaking a range of assignments to assure the successful design and implementation of project work packages. The role of Higher Business Analyst will operate as part of a resource pool and will be allocated to one or more programmes or projects across the NHS Digital Portfolio.
A typical assignment would be working on projects to support the analysis of organisational, team and individual system user requirements understanding flows of data and systems which underpin the delivery of quality and timely information.
About you
You will be an experienced Business Analyst, a highly motivated and organised individual, who is able to manage and prioritise your workload. You will have strong communication skills and feel comfortable dealing with different levels of stakeholders. Additionally, you will be able to demonstrate a methodical approach to problem solving and be committed to producing high-quality analysis deliverables. You will be able to work as part of a team, lead business analysis on individual projects potentially prioritising multiple work packages at any given time.
