Rover SD1 Vitesse, 1984, 3.5 V8 EFI, 5-speed manual, 190 bhp, 3 owners from new.

Good stuff: a seemingly genuine 59,400 miles from new (the only piece of history the car has is a compression test at 59K miles in 1991); dry stored for many years; was heavily undersealed at some point early in its life. I bought this as a non-running project last year. Replaced the fuel pump (cleared old fuel out too), all fuel hoses, fuel filters, coil, ignition amp, spark plugs, battery, oil, air/oil filters, 8 new fuel injectors, coolant, gearbox oil- and it starts, runs, stops and drives well. Sounds great, compression test was good. The registration is a good one. Car has a sunroof, trip computer, electric windows. The original spoiler is present but not on the car.

Bad stuff: some patches of rust on driver’s front wheel arch, front of bonnet, boot and front of sills. Someone has partially repaired the driver’s door but it needs finishing.

Basically this is a well preserved rare SD1 Vitesse which needs someone to spend some time on it (I don't have as much as i thought i did!). Look at the prices of good ones- this has real potential. If phoning evenings and weekends please. I can discuss delivery to mainland, but car needs trailered.
