We are looking for a sales driven individual that is experienced and confident with outbound calling to proactively seek new business for a well establish business based in Hinckley, Leicestershire.

The suitable Outbound Sales Account Manager will be responsible for:
* To provide assistance and quotations to customers contacting us by phone, email, live chat, parts finder services and face to face.
* To convert quotations into sales via phone and other methods of communication.
* To make outbound calls to chase up quotations generated by self or by other members of the sales team.
* Update and maintain company CRM system in respect of customer, supplier and account data.
* To provide assistance and support to existing customer accounts.
* General:
* To manage accounts by keeping in touch with repeat customers and managing their needs
* To send out marketing materials/mailings and to record these on the company CRM system
* To deal with queries and problems promptly and appropriately, seeking assistance where required
* To provide a level of cover for other members of sales team whilst on holiday
* Any other duties as required to meet the needs of DPF Clean Team.
* To generate invoices and take card payments.
* To maintain issue monthly statements and chase account payments
The successful Outbound Sales Account Manager should have the following:

The Package:
* Full Time: (GBP)17,400 basic salary (pro-rata)
* (GBP)29,000 O.T.E in first year (pro-rata)

The working hours will be Monday to Friday between 8.30am to 5.30pm, on a full time basis.

Price / Salary: £17,400.00
