We have fantastic opportunities for Full Time FLT / Warehouse Operatives to join our successful team within our client's prestigious operation in Crick, Northamptonshire. We are currently offering rotating shifts and night shifts working on a Monday to Sunday operation on an on-going basis.

The successful candidate will benefit from on-going, full time work, working within excellent working conditions and will be provided with full training and a pay rate of (GBP)7.50 to (GBP)8.50 per hour.

The FLT/ Warehouse Operative will be responsible for:

* Order picking of parts to client specifications utilising pick sheets and or a hand gun

* Operating a Reach or Counterbalance FLT truck

* Operating a PPT truck

* Paying crucial attention to detail with packaging items with the correct labels

* Packaging of items in preparation for dispatch

* Decanting of parts from pallets / boxes and packing into smaller component boxes and attaching of labels, signing off paperwork and using handheld scanners

The FLT/ Warehouse Operative will have the following:

* Warehousing experience is essential

* Reach and or Counterbalance FLT experience is advantageous

* PPT experience is advantageous

* Reach / Counterbalance / VNA FLT experience is advantageous

* Strong accuracy and numeracy skills

* Good attention to detail

* Excellent time keeping

* Flexibility with regard to overtime in busy periods

The hours of work we have available with immediate starts are operationally between Monday to Sunday, we have the following shifts available:

Shift patterns are:

Day and Afternoon Rotating: Any 5 from 7, Monday to Friday: 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm rotating

Night: Any 5 from 6, 10pm-6am

Pay rates will be between (GBP)7.50 to (GBP)8.50 per hour dependant on the shift you choose.

Successful candidates will be provided with a full induction onsite and training for 3 days.
