We are looking for an experienced Spa Manager to join a state-of-the-art retirement village situated on the southern slopes of Painswick in the beautiful Cotswolds. In return we offer a competitive salary of (GBP)28K per annum and 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.

A totally fresh concept in retirement living, we ensure our residents retain as much independence and choice as possible while helping retain their 'zest for life'.

The village provides a Wellness Spa with gymnasium, pool and beauty treatments.

The Spa Manager will be responsible for ensuring we continue to provide a first-class facility for our residents and the local community.

The Spa Manager's role will involve:

* Managing the day-to-day operations of the spa, continuing to develop and motivate our first-class team and ensuring they provide an exceptional personal guest service

* Effectively managing the spa budgets to ensure all financial targets are met and all revenue opportunities maximised, while maintaining a safe and healthy environment for our members

* Managing all of the Spa staff, ensuring their awareness of the company values and continually look for ways to improve the quality and efficiency of the Spa to exceed residents and members expectations

The successful Spa Manager will:

* Have experience of managing a spa, leisure facility or health club

* Be familiar with managing budgets and financial targets

* Possess excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and discipline

* Be highly motivated

* Be an approachable, warm and confident communicator with exceptional people skills

* Have the ability to develop a team to deliver an outstanding service
