An exciting opportunity has arisen for a HR Payroll Administrator to join our team at our Head Office in Leicester. In return, we offer a competitive salary of (GBP)18 - 20k, 25 days holiday plus statutory entitlement, NEST pension scheme, death in service benefit and non-contractual bonus scheme.
We are second largest LPG supplier in the UK and have over 30 years' experience providing alternative energy solutions to domestic and commercial customers.
The HR Administrator will be responsible for delivering a high standard of HR administrative support processes, effective management of HR data and systems and production of HR M.I. to enable the wider Human Resources team to engage with the business in order to drive competitive advantage.
Duties will include:
* Dealing with incoming telephone calls
* Inputting, processing & managing all employee data including:
* HR system data input administration
* Ensuring data integrity & accuracy
* Developing H.R. system processes including changes, structure, principles, workflows
* Full responsibility for managing and updating the HR employee system in line with payroll deadlines and structural changes
* Creating and issuing employee communication e.g. company notices, employee letters etc
* Producing and managing H.R. management information & reports to strict timelines
* Effective & efficient office management.
* Continuous development & improvement of office systems and administrative processes
* Managing the long service award & Safety Stars schemes
* Provision of other support to HR team with any other ad hoc activities as required
The successful HR Administrator will have:
* Minimum 'O' levels / GCSE level Maths & English
* Previous experience producing reports and statistical data
* Previous experience of working with data bases and or similar
* Experience of providing a professional administrative support service within a face paced environment
* Proven track record of delivering high quality work, to deadlines
* Strong customer driven service mind set and approach
* Able to communicate effectively at all levels within an organisation
* Track record of having delivered improvements within an administrative environment
* Able to prioritise workload effectively, in line with business need
* Committed and personable with fluent written and verbal communication skills
* Is motivated by providing standards of excellence
* Competent in Word, Excel & Power point
