Due to the continuing growth and success, we now have a fantastic opportunity for a new Sales Support Administrator to join our successful team in Tewkesbury.
You will need excellent communication skills, a can do attitude and approach and be able to demonstrate high levels of Computer literacy.

**Main Purpose of Role**
To provide customer service and administration support to the Sales Department. A customer-facing role in a busy, fast-paced office.
**Main Duties **
* Data and diary entry into Excel Spread sheets and Case Management systems;
* Manage Customer telephone and email queries;
* Provide Customers with updates on their Orders;
* Provide administration support and assistance to the Companys Sales Representatives
* Ensure all orders are dispatched in a timely manner;
* Provide the Sales Reps with daily updates on their orders;
* Liaise with Buying Department to ensure orders are being processed;
* Send Pro-Forma Invoices and chasing Customers for payment;
* Liaising with the Warehouse Team to communicate Customer Order requirements; and
* Providing Holiday Cover to the Sales Team when required.
**Skills and Experience **
* Experience of working in a fast-paced office environment;
* Strong IT skills, particularly intermediate-level skill in Microsoft Office Excel;
* Diary Management skills;
* Data entry and administration experience;
* Excellent Customer service experience;
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.

**Qualifications/Education **
