I’m looking for someone to take over the lease of my studio from the mid of January until the mid of July.

The building is located near the universities (Sheffield Hallam University and the University of Sheffield) and 5 minutes from the city centre.

The room is a fully furnished studio, located on the 8th floor of the building. It has a small double bed, ensuite bathroom with shower and kitchen. It is provided with a desk, chair and desk lamp; flat smart TV, superfast broadband, under-bed storage, two big wardrobes and shelves. The kitchen has a bar stool, sink, cooking hob, fridge and freezer, microwave oven, kettle and toaster and it’s provided with a kitchen set including frying pan, sauce pan, cutlery (forks, knives, table spoons, tea spoons, cooking spatula, slotted spoon, serving spoon etc), plates, bowls, glasses and mugs. Also the bedding is included.

There’s a free weekly cleaning service and a grab and go breakfast on the weekdays. The building also has a free gym, communal areas with Sky TVs, tennis and pool tables, two study rooms, laundry room and a bike storage. There are also a communal kitchen and a movie room that can be booked for when you want to invite your friends.
Occasionally, the staff organises parties with free drinks and food and you can invite your friends to join you.
The staff is really nice and there is an excellent maintenance service.
Insurance is included in the rent and all door entry is key fobbed, all communal space has CCTV and on-site staff are available at reception 24 hours a day.

The price is 192£ per week (for a total of 22 weeks) and a deposit of a 350£ that will be returned after you vacate the studio minus any damages.
