People Solutions Group are looking to recruit Warehouse Operatives to work in the Despatch area of Ocado's Distribution Centre based in Dordon, Tamworth

Ocado are the world's largest and fastest growing online grocery retailer and with the online grocery market growing at over 20% each year, this is a fantastic time to join a genuine market leader in their field.

Due to fantastic growth, they are now looking to expand their team in Dordon and are looking to recruit Warehouse Operatives that can offer their customers the best service possible.

The Despatch area is the last leg of the warehouse where customers orders are loaded onto vans ready for delivery. The role of a Warehouse Operative in Despatch requires you to be on your feet and mobile at all times and there is also a lot of heavy lifting involved. Whilst this is a rewarding role with genuine personal growth opportunities, it is also a very physically demanding role.

Working in the Despatch area at Dordon, you will receive an incentive scheme which will allow you to earn an uncapped bonus with average performers earning an extra £27 per week.

Working hours are either day or night shifts based on a 40 hour week. You will be required to work any 4 days a week across all days including weekends.

Start and finish times are as follows;

Day shift- 06:00 - 16:00

Night shift - 20:15 - 06:15
