We are seeking experienced Registered Care Manager to join our team. If you are passionate and driven to provide high quality care and support, then this is the job for you.
**Main Responsibilities**
To undertake the overall running of Consummate Care (UK) Ltd
Provide day to day management of the Domiciliary Care service and Agency including on call, and support the Directors to achieve a high degree of service delivery within the community.
Ensure that goals are achieved through effective management practices and staff are motivated and supported to build strategic, long term and sustainable customer service relationships.
Work closely with the Directors to ensure cover of the service at senior management level so that it meets the legal requirements of the Health and Social Care Act 2008 Regulations and the Care Act 2014 and performs in line with the Care Quality Commission outcomes:

To assist the directors in developing and growing the service by actively encouraging a proactive business development attitude with all levels of employees, encouraging them to accept new packages from local authorities, outside agencies and private customers and managing with the Coordinators and seniors the ROTAS and carer availability so that new business integrates smoothly into existing work patterns
To take the lead in management meetings, Local Authority meetings, and recruitment and business seminars as deemed necessary to the company
