Do you have Telesales experience, looking for a long term opportunity? We are looking to recruit a Telesales / Customer Service Advisor on a temporary leading to permanent basis, based in Kettering, Northamptonshire.

On a temporary to permanent basis this could the perfect opportunity for you to secure yourself a long term role within a well-established printing business. The company has just started a new area of business and would like to grow their team with you on board!

The successful Telesales / Customer Service Advisor duties will include:

* Creating suitable leads and making contact to obtain new business
* Following up on leads, making contact with customers to introduce the business
* Carrying out market research
* Contacting existing customers and relationship building
* Follow up on sales activity by accurately entering data onto the system

The experienced Telesales / Customer Service Advisor will have the following:

* Previous Telesales / Teleappointing Experience
* Strong customer focused skills relationship building skills
* Proven track record achieving and exceeding sales targets
* Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to influence decision and non-decision makers
* Strong relationship building and needs-analysis approach to sales
* Positive, driven, goal-setting, independent, self-starter

The hours of work will be 3 days per week, between Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, Flexibility would be essential and available.

The pay is £8.00 - £9.00 per hour for the temporary period dependant on experience.

This role would suit an experienced Teleappointer, Telesales Executive, Sales Executive, Tele Operator, Tele Appointer or Telephone Sales Executive.
