We are currently seeking an Investor to work along side us on a development project based in the South West, the project will require an investment of £120,000, this can either be serviced at a rate if 1.5% pcm for a 12 month period and the investment then returned through our defined exit route or the investment can be used input and no interest paid for the 12 month duration of the build and a 20% profit share returned along with the investment.

The investment will be secured on a 1st Charge on the land.
