Consummate Care UK Ltd are looking for friendly, approachable and enthusiastic Support Workers to care for service users with learning difficulties along with epilepsy in their own homes, providing a high-quality service of personal and social care.

**Responsibilities include:**

* Supporting clients with personal care needs, including bathing, washing, toileting and dressing etc.
* Transporting and accompanying clients on outings, including trips to the cinema, shops, school and hospital appointments etc.
* Supporting clients with activity planning and choice making.
* Administering medication, as required.
* Keeping accurate records of care and support provided, and contributing to the development of client care planning and risk management plans.

**What is needed from you:**

* DBS (under a year old) or DBS Update Service Subscription
* Mandatory Training Certificate (in date)
* Medication training certificate (in date)
* Epilepsy training certificate (in date)
* Two references, one of which must be from your most recent employer.
* Proof of ID
* Proof of NIN
* Proof of right to Work in the UK

**Salary**

**Day Support Workers start on £7.70 per hour**

**Night Time Support Workers start on £8.70 per hour**
