PRINCE2 Certified Project Coordinator - Windows 10 - £ Competitive

Our global pharmaceutical client is looking for a PRINCE 2 Certified Project Coordinator - Windows 10 to join their team in Hertfordshire for 6 months.

Key Responsibilities:

* Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
* Assigns various tasks to team members that relate to the completion of a specific project and ensure
* Motivates others and builds enthusiasm for a project by keeping focused on its main objectives and the rewards for completion
* Designs an overall schedule for a project and makes necessary adjustments if and when problems arise
* Coordinate activities, resources, equipment and information
* Help prepare project proposals
* Assist with documenting & scheduling resources, work packages, budgets, etc
* Act as backup for Project Manager to communicate project status to stakeholders & partners
* Report and escalate to project managers as needed
* Stays familiar with companies policies and goals and works to make sure that all members of a project team adhere to set standards

Qualifications / Skills / Experience:

Essential:

* PRINCE 2 certification
* Excellent written and spoken English
* A second language is useful but not essential; ideally French, German, Italian, Russian or Spanish
* Good experience in project management in a related field
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management tools
* Previous experience managing people and resources within projects
* Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Solid organisational skills including attention to detail
* Logical thinker
* Problem solver
* Good influencing skills
* Able to work under pressure and multitask when necessary
* Enforce company-wide standards
* Good team player
