You have the opportunity to join a reputable and growing business. They have huge growth plans over the next few years and are looking to recruit due to an ever increasing work load. They are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join them on a permanent basis for projects located in South London, Reading and Dartford. You will be based out of Brixton and spend time at variopus sites when required.

The successful Quantity Surveyor applicant will have the opportunity to work on a variety of important projects within the utilities or infrastructure sectors. Their clients are industry leading blue chip compnaies.

The Key Requirements

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will:

* Have a relevant qualification, e.g. degree in Quantity Surveying
* Have experience working for reputable Contractors or Consultancies
* Have at least 5 years' experience in Quantity Surveying
* Previous experience using NEC forms of contract is essential
* Experience of managing sub-contractors in a high volume of work, low value (£) environment.

The Money

As the successful Quantity Surveyor, you will receive:

Between £45,000 - £55,000 per annum depending on experience and qualifications, plus a benefits package
