Technical Manager

A very exciting opportunity has come up for a Technical Manager to join of the UKs biggest brands within Chilled Food. This role will be a perfect fit for someone who has experience managing high volume production with numerous new products.

In this role you will be given to opportunity to work with the Technical Team in order to;

* Lead investigations into key Deviations from Process and Specifications, managing CAPAs to avoid repeat complaints.
* Developing and Monitoring Technical KPIs, striving for improvement and ensuring targets are both hit and improved.
* Taking a lead on the Technical and Quality CI to ensure the site is Safe and meets all internal and external Health and Safety Regulations.
* Managing Suppliers, Customer Visits and internal and external audits.
* Ensuring the site is fully compliant against HACCP, Customer Standards and Current Legislation.

As Technical Manager, you will be responsible for;

* A team of Technologists

In order to perform in this role you will need;

* Experience in a similar position
* Level 3 HACCP Advanced Food Hygiene Level 4
* Sensory Training Level 3
* Health and Safety Level 2

This position is working Monday - Friday on Days with some flexibility required around Product Launches.



You will be earning up to £55,000.
