Job Title: Specialist Provision Facilitator (Learning Support)
Location: Southampton
Hourly Rate: £11.03 per hour (including statutory holiday pay) 35 hours per week

They design and deliver services that equip people with the skills, advice, attitude and support they need to move their lives on and to become part of their community. Their services cover education, housing, substance misuse treatment and the prevention of reoffending.

We are currently looking to recruit a motivated, dynamic and reliable individual to support with the day-day delivery within the specialist department. The post holder will work within the team to help with the delivery of vocational subjects such as cooking skills, sports/exercise, personal and social development, horticulture, employability and life skills. The post holder will be determined and committed to develop learners with difficulties, disabilities and wide range of other learning needs. The post holder will be expected to develop physical, emotional, social, intellectual and employability skills for each learner.

Suitable candidates will meet the following criteria:
* A minimum of a Level 3 qualification in a relevant subject area.
* Experience of supporting learners with special educational needs.
* Have knowledge and understanding of current curriculum.
* A DBS dated in the last 12 months or on the DBS Update Service.
