Content of the advertisement:

Growing Construction company seeks experienced and flexible Administrator to support a variety of functions.

Duties include:

* To provide clerical and administrative support to the office
* Update employee training files
* Compile site files, ensuring adherence to all policies and procedures
* Speak to customers, answering general enquiries
* Able to communicate with internal and external staff offering administrative support where necessary
* Other ad hoc duties including filing, photocopying and making refreshments for visitors

Required experience:

* Previous Administrative experience, construction industry would be highly advantageous but is not essential
* Fully computer literate with MS Office
* Confident and professional telephone manner is essential as is ability to work on own initiative
* A methodical approach

This is a full time permanent role, working Monday to Friday 8.00am 5.00pm. The salary is up to £18,000 negotiable dependent upon experience.
