An exciting opportunity has opened up for an ambitious and talented Operations Manager to join a successful FMCG company. You will be responsible for leading and developing an efficient manufacturing operation in line with the site plan and the business KPI's.

You will need to ensure all the processes for all the production lines are completed efficiently in cost-effective methods. In your team, you will need to promote a continuous improvement culture and implement new processes to increase performance and to drive down costs.

You will be forward thinking in your outlook and be prepared to lead from the front when required. A key part of your position will be to motivate you team to drive performance through training and effective methods of management. The successful candidate will find this role very challenging but the end result will be very satisfying and rewarding.

Ideal Candidate:

* Experience in an Operations/Production Manager position in the FMCG sector
* Excellent problem-solving skills to overcome challenges
* Able to plan and organise Operations team for product group effectively
* Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with staff, customers, and suppliers.
