The Role:

Recruitment is all about sales and networking. As a trainee/graduate recruitment consultant every day will be different. You will be trained and developed on the whole 360 recruitment process. You will learn to build client relationships, find the best candidates and become an expert in your industry.

A successful Recruitment Consultant will possess:

* An ability to build relationships.
* The desire to develop a long, lucrative and progressive career.
* Money motivation - highly motivated to fulfil and surpass earning potential.

* Ambition and a drive to succeed.

Salary: £20,000 to £22,000 basic salary at Trainee Recruitment Consultant level + realistic 1st year OTE £40,000+ plus excellent benefits. 2nd Year £60,000+ and earning of up to £100,000 in your 3rd year.
