Account Manager Electrical South SE/TW13

Salary £35k - £40k + Car

Job Term: Permanent / Full Time

Job Outline:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a home based Account Manager, for a design and manufacturer of High & Low voltage products which are supplied into the Power and Rail industry.

Responsible for covering their Southern Territory, you will support, develop and maintain relationships with key customers in your region. This will involve supporting customers existing contracts and the delivery of proposals to new customers.

Alongside this you will also be required to sell new products, concepts & services, provide product demonstrations, co-ordinate customer training and participate in site surveys and site meetings when necessary.

It is expected that you have previous experience working within the Power or Rail industry, with experience around High and Low Voltage products
This role does involve a lot of travel and some overnight stays, so flexibility is essential.

Qualifications:

You will be qualified to HNC/HND or above in Electrical/Electronic engineering, or similar

Experience:

You will have a minimum of 2+ years experience in a Technical sales/Account Manager role, within the Rail and/or Power industry
You will have a good understanding of High and/or Low Voltage products
You will ideally have good project management skills
You will ideally have experience using Sales Force IT Systems.

Additional Information:

Candidate MUST have a Full UK driving licence
Candidates MUST be eligible to live and work in the UK.
Candidates MUST be based in or around Guildford, Basingstoke, Reading, Newbury or Maidenhead
