Project Manager - Build - Birmingham (£67,000 + package)

Edge Careers are recruiting on behalf of one the UK's fastest growing building contractors who have a very strong orderbook for 2018/19. Our client has a number of regional offices across the UK which carry out schemes up to £50m across the following sectors:

* Residential
* Commercial
* Leisure
* Student Accommodation

Due to sustained growth, an opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager to join the business based out of the midlands office. The newly appointed Project Manager will be responsible for delivering a city centre scheme with a value of £15m in Birmingham or Coventry.

The Project Manager will play an integral part in helping to grow the Midlands division by delivering flagship schemes whilst reporting into a Contracts Manager.

You must possess the following skills:

* Agreeing project objectives
* Representing the clients or organisations interests
* Providing advice on the management of projects
* Organising the various professional people working on a project
* Making sure that all the aims of the project are met
* Making sure the quality standards are met
* Using IT systems to keep track of people and progress
* Recruitment

The successful Project Manager will have Commercial, Residential, Leisure, or Student Accommodation experience and:

* 6+ Years' Experience
* Track record of delivering projects
* Easy commutable to Birmingham and surrounding areas
