Are you an organised, caring individual who is committed to supporting older people within our Sheltered Schemes? We are looking for a talented Sheltered Services Coordinator to join our team in Brighton, working 25 hours a week.

In return for your hard work as our Sheltered Services Coordinator, you will receive a competitive salary of Circa £18,000 per annum pro rata. You will also receive benefits including:

The Ideal Sheltered Services Coordinator:

You will need to be an excellent communicator, organiser and team player with good administration skills; ideally you should have experience of coordinating and providing customer focused services within a housing or related community setting. It is an essential that you have a strong understanding of the diverse needs of the elderly.

The Sheltered Services Coordinator Role:

You will have daily contact with residents, contractors, colleagues and partners to coordinate and deliver customer focused services. This will include inspecting properties, monitoring health and safety, supporting tenancies and assisting with lettings. You will also have a big part to play in promoting resident involvement projects, as well as tackle loneliness and isolation and ensuring the scheme is well maintained and a safe place to live.
