Are you a Semi-Senior Accountant looking for a great opportunity within a Top 15 Accountancy Practice based in North Herts.

Roles & Responsibilities of the Semi Senior Accountant

* Communicate effectively with client staff to obtain audit evidence
* Audit client accounts following company methodology/processes
* Plan audits
* Ensure allocated tasks are completed to the required standard
* Delegate appropriate tasks to more junior members of the team
* Provide feedback & discuss this with the junior

* Prepare accounts from client records, Sage, Xero or manual cash books for sole traders and partnerships for review by managers or partners
* Undertake the preparation of accounts and corporation tax computations for incorporated businesses for review by managers or partners.
* Prepare tax computations for individuals
* Report directly to managers, associates and partners

The ideal candidate for the role of the Semi Senior Accountantant

* AAT qualified
* 2-3 years accountancy practice exposure
* Ambitious
