Paediatric Occupational Therapist

Sanctuary Health is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated paediatric occupational therapist to work in Swindon on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of occupational therapies practices and be registered with the HCPC.

The pay rate for this locum occupational therapist job is £28 (LTD Company Equivalent) per hour and is an initial 2-month contract.

Responsibilities of the occupational therapist:
- Provide health based occupational therapy to a caseload of children and young people in school
- Work as part of the integrated paediatric therapy team priding supervision and support to less experienced colleagues and supporting the development of the service

Requirements of the occupational therapist:
-Full driving licence with access to a car
- HCPC registered with relevant experience of working in a community / physical rehab setting
- Competent in the assessing, measuring and ordering of aids and adaptions with the ability to verbalise or document clinical reasoning
