Senior Quantity Surveyor - Kent - top UK residential developer

England Associates are currently recruiting on behalf of one of the UK's most successful house builders, who are looking for an experienced Senior Surveyor to join their team.

The client:

Our client has an excellent reputation for building high quality family homes and are looking to expand their regional office in the next couple of months.

They are a top 10 UK house builder with a number of regional offices across the country, and are offering excellent progression opportunities.

The role:

The Senior Surveyor will be office based but with some travel to sites across Kent and Surrey.

Management of an AQS and trainee will also be required.

The salary:

The client is offering between 60k and 70k dependant on experience, with an excellent car allowance or company car, as well as an unrivalled bonus scheme.
