Diamond are currently working with a number of top tier M&E companies who have a number of exciting commercial projects that require experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineers in Westminster, London.

The Role
* Carry out routine daily tasks as defined by the Planned Preventative Maintenance System.
* Carry out reactive maintenance and repairs as required.
* Ensure accurate records are kept for work undertaken.
* Ensure that suitable tools and spares are available to carry out maintenance and repairs.
* Respond to emergency calls from the Building Services Management and the client.
* Ensure the provision of a safe and healthy working environment.

Requirements
* Minimum of a NVQ Level 2 in an electrical trade
* 3+ years experience of Building Services Maintenance.
* Must provide 2 up to date references of previous work completed.
* Basic computer skills.

Personal Characteristics
* Good verbal communication and written english skills
* Able to work under pressure and make decisions when needed.
* Physically fit and able to carry tools/equipment up to 20kg.
* Presentable, with a can do attitude.
