Customer Service Advisor
We are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor on behalf of our clients based in Coventry. This is temp-perm opportunity
Duties and Responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor
* To ensure all communication with clients and customers is in a professional and timely manner and resolved to their satisfaction using the appropriate channels
* Develop a full understanding of the services and products and all relevant operating systems
* Promote a client focused approach within the company
* To complete customer and specific reports in a timely and accurate manner as required
* Attend regular meetings/briefs held by the Client Service Centre Management team
* Contribute ideas to change and improve the customer experience and the performance of the team
* Attend regular performance reviews and participate in personal development activities and discussions
* Provide cover, as directed by your Line Manager for other members of your team
Details of a Customer Service Advisor
* Location: Coventry
* Must drive due to the location
* Hours: Monday - Friday - 37.5 hours
* Must be able to drive due to location
* Long term temporary position
* Pay - £8.56 Per Hour
