We are looking to hire Graduate Trainee IT Recruitment Consultants / Trainee IT Recruitment Consultants and individuals with sales or recruitment experience already. We have a number of current opportunities available in Leeds.

Overview of the role-

To build and establish a vertical market within a key area for growth within the digital technology industry.

JOB SPECIFICATION

Graduate or similar level of experience
Knowledge of the role of a recruitment consultant
Working in a B2B environment (B2C considered) an advantage
Motivated and enthusiastic about a career in sales and recruitment
Confident problem solver
Consistency in performance
Excellent presentation skills
Good commercial awareness through self-development (industry press, events etc.)

Key Responsibilities:

Searching for candidates for available roles
Interviewing candidates (telephone and face to face)
Detailing relevant information from interviews in the appropriate format
Working to structured and agreed KPIs
Arranging interviews
Client engagement to manage interview process
Market research and market mapping
Generate new business opportunities for self and company
Agreement of terms and conditions
Manage and monitor activity on a weekly, monthly and annual basis
Successfully build, manage and develop relationships with key client stakeholders
Input of information to company database
Provide accurate weekly and monthly business forecasts
Attending tech events
Manage and prioritise workloads
