Meeting Room and Events Coordinator for high profile Property Management Company.

This is a busy role based in Londons West End, supporting the Facilities Manager. You will ensure meeting rooms and event spaces are maintained to a high standard. Some key responsibilities are setting and assistance with internal and external meetings; ensuring meeting rooms are maintained to the highest of standards; monitoring planned events in the diary and ensuring rooms are set up as needed; IT setup and assisting with audio/video conference, laptop/desktop connections; point of contact for all events taking place; setting up presentations on department screens; periodic cover of reception one day a week; assisting the Facilities Manager in ad hoc duties.
The role requires a self-sufficient, flexible candidate who has the ability to work under pressure and with excellent written and verbal communication skills, is extremely well organised and demonstrates the ability to pay close attention to detail. They will be well presented, punctual and reliable.
Equipment training will be provided.
This is a full time position on a fixed term 12-month contract, paying up to £23k pa (subject to experience). Great benefits including bonus, healthcare and gym membership.
