We are now looking for Resourcer to join our successful team within the Adecco Group based in Hemel Hempstead Your day to day responsibility will include general administration duties, dealing with outbound and inbound calls with candidates, completing application screening and registration and booking eligible candidates on to assessment centres.
For this role you will need:
* Confident and resilient telephone manner able to handle challenging conversations
* Computer literate and able to pick up new systems quickly
* Excellent team player
* Strong customer service background
