Our client, a progressive and independent mortgage brokers is seeking a Mortgage Paraplanner/Trainee Adviser to join the team in North Bristol due to growth.

Our client offers independent advice and deals with the complete range of mortgage providers and life assurance companies to obtain the mortgage and protection that best suits its clients.
They have the experience to deal with the more unusual situations that require a greater knowledge of the market than a normal broker might accumulate. They take pride in offering a tailored service, and you will get the opportunity to deal with customers on a one to one basis, over the phone or online regarding anything from New build, Shared ownership, Short term finance, Remortgaging, Commercial Finance, Buy-to-let, First Time Buyer and Help To Buy Schemes.

Key areas:
Work closely with Advisers to arrange client meetings and calls
Liaising with clients via telephone, post and email, acting as a dedicated first point of contact.
Ensure appropriate Money Laundering checks carried out in accordance with compliance requirements.
Creating and maintaining client records.
Working with Advisers to key mortgage applications
Assist Mortgage Adviser in typing Suitability Reports / Recommendation Letters.
Liaising with estate agents, surveyors, mortgage lenders and solicitors on a regular basis to ensure completion deadlines are achieved.
Update clients on a regular basis.

Skills/Experience
Studying towards a Full Ce-map qualification preferable
Minimum 6 months mortgage administration based experience
Experience using various lenders systems advantageous
Self-motivation and team player ethics
Organisational and entrepreneurial skills
