Valuations & Acquisitions - GRADUATE Surveyor

£20,000 - £25,000 + Performance Bonuses + Car Allowance + Additional Training + APC

UK top 100 companies to work for, nationally recognised and award-winning Property, Planning and Estates Management Consultancy, are looking for a Graduate Surveyor to join their Surveying and Planning team at their Cambridge office!

This opportunity offers unparalleled training and APC support towards the MRICS status, where you will work with regulated mentors and experienced Surveyors to further develop your career within the Real Estate and Property world, utilising your Degree, whilst learning the fundaments of Surveying in a specialist sector!

In this Graduate Surveyor role, you will pay particular attention to the Valuations & Acquisitions division, specifically within the Automotive & Roadside sector. You will be exposed to areas of work including:

* Offering professional Surveying services
* Valuations and Disposals
* Acquisitions, Rent Reviews and Lease Renewals
* Report writing and Contracts Administration

To be considered for this role of Graduate Surveyor, you will IDEALLY have 6-12 months of work experience within Valuations & Disposals / Acquisitions in a similar Surveying role. In addition, our client is looking for:

* Holder of a Real Estate Management degree (RICS accredited)
* Self-motivated with the ability to work within a team and as an individual
* Looking to start or complete the APC diary
* Show a level of commercial acumen
* Holder of a full UK driving license
