Experienced chef required for a busy bar and bistro in Garstang Lancashire. We are looking for a chef to work as part of a small team who can deliver freshly cooked bistro food to a high standard.

A passion for freshly cooked local ingredients is important and we are looking for a chef who wants to have an input into designing a new menu and concept ready for the new year.

The work/life balance is good with 40 hours completed over 5 days and 4 nights (Wed - Sat). A 4 day role of 32 hours Wed-Sat would be considered with wages pro rata.

Cobblers bar and bistro is a family run business which prides itself on great service and quality food and drinks. It is set up 40 covers and has a newly fitted kitchen

Price / Salary: £20000 - £24000/annum plus tips share and bonus
