The company

Our client is a well-established chilled manufacturer who produce both own brand and retailer products which are supplied into the major UK multiples. With a brand new manufacturing unit, the business has undergone rapid growth and success with more exciting expansion plans on the way.

The job

As Quality Auditor you will work on various QA projects to help implement the quality and process audit service to the company factories to ensure the objectives and procedures detailed in the quality manual are achieved and to ensure the safety, legality and quality of the product are adhered to and maintained. You will deal with various tasks including auditing, production start-up checks, daily walk rounds, product change sign-offs, non-conformances as well as assisting in the training and education of production staff with regards to food hygiene and GMP.

Your experience

You will have previous food manufacturing experience including auditing skills and HACCP knowledge. You should also have the ability to deal and interact with different people as well as the ability to work in a team and be self-motivated. You should also be a very organised individual.

More details

The Quality Auditor job is based in the North West and is paying £20,000 - £26,000 depending on your experience. The shifts will be Tuesday Thursday / Sunday Thursday, 6.00am 2.00pm / 2.00pm 10.00pm.
