Our client has doubled in size over the last 2 years due to continued investment and have plans to continue their rapid growth. The successful Business Advisor will be responsible for;

* Ensuring all customer queries via email and telephone are handled efficiently while being an ambassador for the company
* Engaging with customers showing rapport and empathy while rehabilitating customers ensuring they understand the service
* Displaying a keen eye for detail and accurate administration
* Taking ownership of any complaints

To be a successful Business Advisor you will need;

* Telephone based Customer Service Experience or a degree
* A strong level of education
* Experience working as a Customer Experience Officer, Customer Service Officer, Customer Service Expert or a Customer Service Guru
* The Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

£18,000 Basic Salary + 15% annual bonus
Location: Warrington
Benefits: 23 days' holiday, extra day off on your birthday, bank holidays, Life insurance, 5% pension contribution, great progression opportunities.
Office hours: Monday - Friday shifts of 8am -4pm / 9am - 5pm / 10am - 6pm. One Saturday per month 9am - 1pm with time off in leiu during the week

Benefits: 15% Bonus + 5% Pension
