Position: Recruitment Consultant

Sector: Construction - White Collar Perms - Hot Desk!

Location: Southampton

Salary: c £25-£35k per annum OTE +£75000 Plus Car Allowance and Parking on Site

We are looking for strong Perm consultants to take over these hot desks within the Construction Sectors primarily on a White Collar Desk. This is a great company who place a lot of focus onto face to face client and candidate meetings and relationship building and therefore need strong communicators wanting to forge strong relationships.

Other sector experience will be considered if you are a strong perm biller and would like to move into the Construction Sector! This is a great opportunity to join a growing team with good future growth potential.

My client offers a great working environment with competitive basic salary and competitive commission structure. You also have a car allowance and parking on site.

How will you spend your days?

* Search various on-line job boards for suitable candidates for current clients
* Qualify candidates for general registration purposes and against specific vacancies
* Make recommendations to consultants as to the suitability of candidates for specific vacancies
* Manage advertisement responses through initial screening and qualification
* Update candidate information and activity on international in-house recruitment database
* Network with candidates through multiple social media tools.

Desired Skills and Experience

Who are you?

* You will be confident on the phone and face to face with clients and candidates
* You will have previous recruitment experience, ideally on a perms desk in any sector
* You will be well spoken and well-presented
* You will be well organised
* You will be able to multitask
