Senior Quantity Surveyor

A traditional Quantity Surveying practice who provide project management and employer's agent services is seeking an ambitious and commercially minded Senior Quantity Surveyor.

Based near Farringdon tube station, London, the successful Quantity Surveyor will have a successful track record of running social/ affordable housing schemes.

An excellent opportunity for a commercially focused and ambitious Quantity Surveyor looking to push an established consultancy forward.

Senior PMs will also be strongly considered.

Role: Senior Quantity Surveyor + Employer's Agent and Project Management

Location: London (Farringdon)

Projects: Social / Affordable Housing

Package: circa £60,000+
