Assistant Quantity Surveyor - Nottingham - New Regional Office

An established regional contractor is recruiting an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join the newly formed East Midlands office. This is an excellent opportunity to work as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor with a growing family-owned business who are expanding their operations in the East Midlands.

Key Duties:
- Assistant Quantity Surveyor working on projects from £3m - £8m
- Assisting the procurement of sub-contractor packages
- Key member of a proactive commercial team
- Assisting in pricing variations

This is an established business with a great network of clients across the public and private sectors; the newly formed East Midlands office has been successful in securing projects across the region and is expected to exceed their turnover target of £50m this year.

In this is role you will receive excellent support and development from senior staff along with structured internal and external training to develop your skills as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor. You will gain experience working across education, health, commercial, retail and leisure sectors.

This Assistant Quantity Surveyor position has a guideline salary of £28,500 - £34,500 + company car or car allowance option, bonus scheme, pension, healthcare and additional company benefits
