A West London Housing Association is seeking a 12 month HR Advisor to slot in with their team and assist with a busy period whilst the team implements new HR policies and procedures.

This role will involve:

* HR Recruitment - end to end
* Various Employee Relations cases, including long term sickness and other frequent/complex cases
* Employment legislation/employee retention and development
* Learning and development and advice on terms and conditions of employment
* Adhoc HR Administration

The ideal candidate should:

* Have a wealth of HR experience
* Be up to date on current employment laws and legislation
* Have a CIPD qualification with ongoing learning and development
* Be available within a 1 week notice
* Be competent and ready to work autonomously and unsupervised
* Have a lot of recruiting experience
