I am currently recruiting for a Care Coordinator to join my client at their domiciliary care branch in York.
This branch is an established provider across the county and they are looking for a strong candidate to join them and hit the ground running.
My client is experiencing a period of growth within the business and this role has been created in order to cope with the ongoing demand.
Alongside a competitive basic salary, the appointed Care Coordinator will be rewarded with benefits including on target bonuses.
*A Full UK Driving License with access to a car is ESSENTIAL for this role
The Position:
You will be joining an existing staff team and report directly in the Registered Manager of the branch. As a Care Coordinator, your duties will include;
* Creating and distributing rotas for all staff members
* Acting as the first point of contact for the caregivers
* Assisting with providing hands on care, if required
* Liaising with external agencies as and when required
The Person:
To be considered for the Care Coordinator role you will need;
* A NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care, as minimum
* A minimum of 1 years' experience in a coordinating role within domiciliary care
* To be computer literate
