Our client, a leading Residential Property company with sites around the UK, are now looking for a Multi-Site General Manager. The successful candidate will be leading a team of approx.10 direct reports across multiple sites covering the South Coast.
The role will involve:
* Overseeing management of multiple high end residential developments
* Managing a team of direct reports
* FM and Service Delivery to an excellent standard
* Managing suppliers / contractors
* Resident management and client liaison
* Management, motivation and recruitment of the on-site Team
* Administration and management of service charges
* Overall health and safety responsibility across the sites
* Other related duties
The ideal candidate would have:
* Minimum of 3 years General / Operational Management
* Experience of management within the Property / Luxury Hotel / Hospitality / Serviced Office OR luxury leisure environments
* Have strong client-facing and customer-facing skills
* A passion for delivering first class customer service
* Man-management experience
The candidate must have:
* First Class Customer Service Experience
* A supportive management style
* Excellence in developing and maintaining Customer Relationships
* Fantastic communication skills
* A passion to make a difference and go the extra mile
* A driving license
