About the role:

Take the lead on delivery of the Business Intelligence and Customer Voice strategies to positively promote a performance and data culture, the customers` voice being at the heart of what we do, provide the right business intelligence and insight to inform effective decision making. You will be responsible for the corporate critical success factors and highlight early warning signs in relation to meeting targets and standards. You`ll be working jointly with senior managers to develop performance measures for all aspects of Great Places business.

In addition to this you will modernise customer feedback mechanisms and ensure that our engagement with customers reflects and meets the needs of our diverse customer base, including general needs housing, supported housing, leasehold management and other customers. You will empower customers to have influence over policy development and the services we provide

About You:

To be successful in this position you will have proven experience of working at a management level within a similarly complex environment with a track record of driving improved operational results through utilising business intelligence and insight. You will be experienced in leading teams with excellent IT skills including SQL, MS Access, Advanced Excel. Furthermore, you will have strong analytical skills that contribute effectively to the identification of developments, trends, prioritisation and problem solving with a logical approach. You will have a strong understanding of the principles of good performance management and the importance of high levels of customer satisfaction.

If you are a capable project manager, with experience of operating within a formalised project management framework and working knowledge of performance, policy and strategic issues within the housing or related sector they would love to hear from you. You may knowledge of Housing systems, e.g. Open Housing and an understanding of Housing Association requirements in relation to regulatory returns.

You may have experience of the following: Business Intelligence Manager, Customer Intelligence Manager, Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Coordinator, Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, Junior BI Analyst, BI, Customer Insight etc.
