Assembly / Test Technician
Telford
7.30/8.00am - 4.30/5.30pm, 1pm finish on Friday.
All overtime at 1.5 x base rate
Package includes: Life Insurance 4 x Annual Salary / Attendance Bonus 25 Days holiday + 8 Stats

Working for a company that manufacture components / assemblies used in a variety of equipment where the care and attention is essential during the build process. They are now expanding and need another Assembly / Test Technician.

Job role / duties

Sub assembly of mechanical / electrical components using hand tools.
Ensure products are built / tested to specification / drawings
Perform final assembly / test on mechanical, electro-mechanical and electrical / electronic assemblies.
Complete production records.
Ensure documentation compliance and Health /Safety and Quality

Full training will be given but you must be able to read engineering drawings / schematics, have experience of electro-mechanical assemblies, be computer literate and possess excellent interpersonal skills. This role requires a keen attention to detail combined with an ability to consistently work to a high standard as well as a desire to drive improvement in a team environment.

Located in Telford this position is commutable from Shrewsbury, Wolverhampton, Cannock, Willenhall and surrounds
